Mr Green Announced as Official IGA Sponsor

The 10th annual International Gaming Awards (IGA) has just gained a green-suited sponsor. Online casino operator Mr Green has been named as an official sponsor for the 2017 edition of the IGA, which will be held on the 6th February at the InterContinental London Park Lane, London’s most prestigious address.

The Gaming Awards bring together the top names in the industry, including internationally recognized providers and gambling operators, as well as industry professionals and insiders. It is also when the best performers in their respective fields will be honoured with awards, given to mark excellence in 24 different categories. Nominees for the awards will be announced at a later date.

Mr Green Casino

Mr Green, with roots in Sweden but stationed in Malta, holds a license issued by the Malta Gaming Authority to provide online casino and other online gambling options. NetEnt, Microgaming, IGT, and Evolution Gaming are just a few of the most popular industry suppliers to power the casino with hundreds of games. Mr Green went live with a sportsbook last June, just ahead of one of the most viewed sporting events in the world - the much anticipated UEFA Euro 2016 tournament.

Mr Green is not a new face at the IGA – it has appeared as a sponsor in previous year – however it will be an official sponsor for the tenth annual awards’ ceremony. A big focus for this year’s awards will be on charity.

The International Gaming Awards have donated thousands to various charitable causes over the course of the past ten years. The CARE International humanitarian agency alone was the beneficiary of over £100,000 and Children with Cancer and the Responsible Gambling Trust have also benefited from charitable donations through the awards ceremony and its sponsors over the past decade.

During each IGA ceremony, funds are raised through the auctioning off of unique, valuable items provided by sponsors for this very purpose. Come February, Mr Green will be providing the auction items though what those are have not been announced yet.

A legacy of charitable donation

Colin Thompson, the IGA’s main organizer, thanked the Awards’ sponsors, without whom the event’s considerable charitable donations would not have been possible.

“We are very happy that such a well-known and reputable, multi award winning operator as Mr Green is helping us to raise much needed funds for our charities.

We will be announcing details of the amazing auction items very soon. In the past 10 years, we offered some remarkable items to our participants from Tiffany’s to Cartier, 1 Carat Diamond and many other sparkling items.”

Will the €12.5 Million Mega Moolah Jackpot Blow Soon?

If you are a fan of big bucks pooled jackpot game then the chances are you'll have heard of Mega Moolah. The Microgaming slot famously holds the record for the biggest single spin pay out in the history of online casino gameplay having paid out the best part of €18 million back in October last year and it's now more than 2 months since the jackpot last tumbled. That means the prize pot has risen to a mammoth total in excess of €12.5 million. Someone's luck will be seriously in soon!

The Mega Moolah Jackpot Slot

Also known by it's rather apt nickname 'The Millionaire Maker', Mega Moolah is one of the most popular slots around and is found in loads of different online casinos. It draws its theme from the African wilderness so expect lion wilds (rather than wild lions) as well as loads of other animal symbols bursting with personality. But while the slot's design is attractive, it's the chance of winning some eye watering sums that tends to keep players coming back to Mega Moolah.

In total, there are four progressive jackpots to be won on Mega Moolah - Mini, Minor, Major and Mega. They start life on 10, 100, 10,000 and 1 million respectively before rising as more players play. The slot caters to both cautious players and high rollers by providing the former with the chance to win from a fairly small stake while offering increased chances of winning to the latter should they play with higher amounts. Even the 'normal' slot jackpot also featured on the game is worth 225,00 coins, cementing Mega Moolah's reputation as the ultimate money making slot machine.

Breaking Records

You only need to take a cursory look at the history of the Mega Moolah slot to understand why it is so popular. Some staggering amounts have been won on the slot over the three years of its existence, culminating in the biggest online jackpot win ever last year. British soldier Jonathan Heywood scooped a staggering €17,879,645.12 from a single 25 cent spin and understandably couldn't believe his luck. His win came hot on the heels of another huge win of more than €15 million achieved just a month or so before.

If you dream of a 7-figure sum, Mega Moolah really is the best slot you can play. With four progressive jackpots, in-built 'mini' jackpot games that are anything but small and 25 paylines across 5 reels, 'The Millionaire Maker' is set to make more dreams come true in the future.,

When Will the Mega Moolah Jackpot Next Fall?

The mega jackpot hasn't tumbled for a while now sits at a mind boggling figure in excess of €12.5 million. Past history would suggest that it has blow soon, although you should always remember that online slots are controlled by Random Number Generators and it's impossible to predict their behaviour. However, with the pressure building, someone stands to become very, very rich.

If you're feeling like your luck might be in, then you will find Mega Moolah at loads of the best online casinos. You'll find it at Mr Green, Thrills and Jetbull to name but three and why not have a couple of spins and see what happens? A win might seem too good to be true but you stand as good a chance as anybody else!

Having gone live only today, most players won't have even seen this brand new slot. Sure, it features the same stunning graphics all NetEnt slots enjoy, but it's a slot with no bet lines whatsoever. To win, you need to land clusters within the same area in game play, and there are a ton of additional features you'll need to check out for yourself too.
