Dragon’s Luck Megaways slot review
The original Dragon’s Luck slot by online slots provider Red Tiger was one of their earlier releases and was a massive hit amongst players. This was a slot that really set Red Tiger apart and hinted that they were destined for big things with their high volatility slot. And now, Dragon’s Luck is back with the lucrative Megaways mechanism, giving you literally thousands more ways to win.
The new slot isn’t unlike the original, in that the features are fairly basic. But if you’re familiar with Red Tiger’s slots, you’ll know that doesn’t make it uninteresting in the slightest. Read our review below to find out what we loved about this thrilling new slot.

Dragon’s Luck Megaways bonus features
As mentioned above, Dragon’s Luck Megaways doesn’t include a whole lot more features than the original – the stand out, of course, is the addition of Megaways. This mechanism can kick in randomly at any time during game play to allow between two and seven symbols to appear across each row. That means the winning potential can increase frequently, making the game instantly more exciting.
Dragon Coins
The Dragon Coins can appear randomly on the reels, where they’ll spin and transform into any paytable symbol. If you see multiple Dragon Coins appear, they’ll each turn into the same symbol, increasing your chances of winning.
Mega Coins
These are basically super symbols, which can land in the form of 2×2, 3×3 or 4×4 on the grid. When this happens, the Mega Coin will split into separate Dragon Coins, which in turn will reveal the same paytable symbol to instantly grant you a prize.
Dragon’s Blessing feature
On the side of the reels, you’ll notice dragons which at first appear to be part of the stone pillars. However, these dragons can randomly wake up to breathe fire across the reels and transform the symbols into higher paying symbols.
Free spins
There, unfortunately, isn’t a free spins feature in Dragon’s Luck Megaways, but the Coins features are definitely enough to keep you occupied.
Wilds
It’s generally taken for granted that a slot will have a wild symbol, but Dragon’s Luck Megaways does seem to be lacking. However, the Dragon’s Coin feature kind of substitutes for it, so you’ll still have plenty of opportunities to reel in some big prizes.
Dragon’s Luck Megaways jackpot
Though you won’t find a jackpot in this Red Tiger slot, you will have the potential to win up to 10,368x your stake.
RTP and volatility
Dragon’s Luck Megaways isn’t the highest in variance that we’ve seen from Red Tiger, but the medium to high volatility means you’ll still be able to hit some big prizes if you play long enough. The return to player also isn’t the highest we’ve seen at 95.69%, but we still recommend giving the game a whirl. However, there are some more slots that you can explore on our list of highest RTP slots and try your luck for even bigger winnings.
Dragon’s Luck Megaways on mobile
Like most Red Tiger slots, you’ll be able to find and play Dragon’s Luck Megaways on mobile devices easily, without the need to download it.
