Chilli Heat Megaways Bonus Features

The Megaways version of Chilli Heat comes with updated bonus features. Tumble Feature

The tumble feature or tumbling reels is a pretty cool feature and one that the original release doesn’t have. You’ll see tumbling reels in action at the end of each spin whenever you’ve scored a winning combination. The winning symbols will disappear from the grid, making room for new symbols to fall into their places for a chance to score multiple wins on the same spin.

Wilds

Represented by the game’s heat-blazing logo, wild symbols in Chilli Heat Megaways substitute for almost all symbols when they land on reels 2, 3, 4 and 5. Money bags, which are the game’s scatters, are the only symbols wilds can’t replace.

Scatters

Each money bag or money symbol has a value of its own and lands anywhere on the reels except the special 4-symbol horizontal reel at the top of the grid. When 6 or more of these symbols hit the reels on the same spin, a respin bonus round activates.

Respins

The respins feature starts with 3 respins after you’ve landed 6 or more money symbols across the main grid. You’ll see the regular symbols fade away, leaving only the triggering money bag scatters in view on reels 2-5. The triggering scatters will stay sticky for a respin, along with any new money symbols that land during the feature. The new money symbols will also reset your respins count to 3 if at least one of them lands on the grid.

You’ll also see that reels 1 and 6 are chained up at the beginning. Land the following special symbols across the horizontal reel atop the grid to unlock them:

• Padlock tilting to the left: unlocks reel 1.
• Padlock tilting to the right: unlocks reel 2.
• Up and down arrows: extends the number of possible symbols on its corresponding reel up to 7.
• Down arrow in a circular shape: collects all money symbols from its corresponding reel and adds to your total win.
• Down arrow in a square shape: collects all money symbols in view and adds them to your total win.
• X in a circular shape: applies a random multiplier of 2x, 3x, 5x or 10x to all your money symbols on the corresponding reels.
• X in a square shape: applies a random multiplier of 2x, 3x, 5x or 10x to all your money symbols in view.
