Das xBoot Bonus Features

Along with its transformative reel configuration, Das xBoot is a pretty complex slot. Wilds

Out of all 15 symbols, 4 symbols are wild in Das xBoot. Two of them, torpedo wilds and periscope wilds, appear in the bonus games only, but the other two, xNudge wild and xBomb wild multiplier, stay active throughout the play.

The 4-rows high xNudge wilds always nudge to appear in full view, increasing their multiplier 1x for each nudge. You’ll spot it hitting reels 3 and 4 in the base game, but in the Silent Hunter Spin bonus round, they’ll land on reel 4 only.

The cool thing about the xBomb multiplier wild is that it can cause a chain of multiple wins on a single spin. When it lands, it boosts the overall win multiplier by 1x and blasts off any non-winning symbols, except wilds and scatters, from the reels. New symbols then fall into the empty gaps, preparing reels for a new potential collapse. The multiplier will be carried over into the next free spins bonus round activated. xBomb multiplier wilds also substitute for all symbols except scatters when they land as part of a winning combination.

Scatters

Scatters, appearing as radar symbols, can only land on reels 2-5. Landing 3 of the symbols in the base game will activate 8 Silent Hunter Spins, landing 4 will trigger 8 Wolf Pack Spins.

xWays

Silent Hunter Spins

When the Silent Hunter Spins round is triggered with 3 scatters, reel 3 expands to 8 positions high, with new periscope wilds landing on this reel only.

If you succeed at landing identical symbols on reels 1 and 2 together with a torpedo wild on reel 3, you’ll initiate a torpedo launch sequence. The periscope-like reel 3 will then find a target and launch a torpedo at it. If you hit the target, the periscope wild will expand up and down to cover the entire reel 3. For each nudge down, it will award a 1x multiplier, which stays sticky for the duration of the round. If the target is missed, the pericope wild acts as a single wild.

xBomb wilds, as well as scatters, can also land during the feature, awarding an extra 2 free spins for each additional scatter.

Wolf Pack Spins

When the Wolf Pack Spins feature triggers with 4 scatters, a torpedo tube appears under the reels 2-5, with new torpedo symbols now landing on those reels.

On reels 2 and 5, torpedo wilds can drop the xWays symbols down to the torpedo zone, starting with a +2 xWays and increasing by +1 for each following torpedo wild. On reels 3 and 4, torpedo wilds drop xWays Wild symbols, starting with +2 xWays Wild and increasing by +1 for each following torpedo wild.

When all 4 parts of the torpedo are filled, it’s launched off the reels, increasing the win multiplier 1x and revealing 4 xWays symbols in place of the collected symbols. On reels 1 and 5, they’re transformed to regular symbols and split in the number of ways collected. On reels 3 and 4, xWays symbols transform into wilds. Identical to Silent Hunter Spins, xWay Bombs are also active and landing any scatters will award an extra 2 free spins.
