To start things off, the video slot’s visual presentation leaves a lot to be desired. The thematic effect that Microgaming went for is an attempt to make the board feel like a dancefloor in the middle of a club. But other than deadmau5’s silhouette looming on the left side of the screen, there’s little much of interest happening on screen. With tacky neon light designs and a series of symbols sporting ‘club girls’ in various cliché poses, the virtual establishment that Microgaming have created comes off as decadently pretentious and a tad sleazy.
