The Grand bonus features
It’s all about sophistication in The Grand, which is lushly designed to recreate the Art Deco style of the inter-war period. There are six reels in total though they vary in size so that in all, there are 24 symbol spaces.
Speaking of symbols, we can see plenty of bling on these reels, including diamonds and gemstones, alongside the lower value symbols – hearts, clubs, spades and diamonds. The green jewel is the most rewarding, paying out 8 times the stake when 6 appear on a payline.
Wilds
The Wild is a red symbol that can only appear during the Wilds feature, one of the random features that can be activated at random during the base game. Let’s take a closer look at those now.
Random features
There are three features that can be activated during the base game, though only one can be triggered at any one time.
- Random Wilds: Between 4 and 8 Wild symbols will be added to random positions on the reels
- Synced Reels: Up to 6 reels will be synchronised along the same height, with all selected columns showing the same symbol
- Nudge Reels: One, two or three reels are nudged one space either upwards or downwards, to hit the best possible winning combination
The Grand Free Spins
There are two ways to trigger free rounds in this game. The first is with the free spins symbols. Landing three or more of these symbols will trigger the Free Spins feature. Three, 4, 5 or 6 symbols will reward with 6, 9, 12, or 15 free rounds, respectively.
With the free spins feature activated, the random base game features also apply and unlike in the base game, two or more features can be active at the same time, resulting in a big boost to the winning potential.
Grandomizer feature
