Arthur and the Round Table Bonus Features
There’s quite a lot going on around the fabled round table when it comes to bonus features and, if you’re new to slots, it can make the game seem slightly intimidating. But, all you have to do here is focus on the two main bonus rounds, the sword feature and the free spins game, to elevate your gameplay. Each comes with its own unique perks, and you’ll get to experience them all depending on which round you’ll trigger first.
In theory, there’s just one wild symbol in Arthur and the Round Table that stands in for all paying symbols except scatters. But, there’s a good chance that the enchanter, Merlin, will show up at random to award you with some extra wilds which will magically substitute for all symbols, including scatters!
King Arthur’s sword, Excalibur, appears as a mighty scatter. It has the power to extend an invitation for you to join the legendary round table should you land 3 swords on reels 1, 3 and 5 in one go. Bronze, silver and gold armour are three additional scatters that you’ll come across amid the free spins round. The bronze ones land on reels 1, 3 and 5, silver on reels 3 and 5 and the gold one on reel 5 only.
Arthur’s Round Table Feature
The Arthur’s Round Table feature acts as a window into either a free spins bonus round or the Excalibur Sword feature. At the table, you’ll spin the fortune’s wheel to determine whichever feature you’ll be playing next.
Excalibur Sword Feature
Should the wheel’s arrow stop on the Excalibur Sword feature, it will transport you into the enchanted forest to try and pull the sword out of the stone. By removing it from the stone, you could either win a cash prize of up to 5,000x your stake or 3, 5, and 10 bonus spins with 3x, 5x and 20x respective multipliers. Essentially, this is a gamble feature as you’ll have to decide whether you want to gamble or collect your options. You’re allowed to gamble up to 7 times and collect once.
Aside from the mythical sword, the arrow at the Arthur’s Round Table could stop on the 5, 8, 10, 12, 15 or 20 free spins sections. You’ll then start collecting the aforementioned bronze, silver and gold armour scatters into their respective meters throughout the bonus round. Collected scatters will then drop into their meters, while their positions get replaced immediately with wilds. Collecting 3 scatters of the same type awards the following:
- Bronze: 3 bonus spins with 3x multiplier
- Silver: 5 bonus spins with 5x multiplier
- Gold: 10 bonus spins with 10x multiplier
Fill more than one meter for combined multiplier values of 15x for bronze and silver, 30x for bronze and gold, 50x for silver and gold and 150x for a mix of all three.
Arthur and the Round Table Jackpot
Getting a win of 5,000x your stake for pulling Excalibur from the stone sounds good enough, and there’s no need for any other in-game jackpot.
RTP and Volatility
All is good with the game’s key stats. The medium volatility is still giving you a chance to win fairly big, while the RTP is fixed above the industry average at 96.17%.
