Winter Wild Feature

Whenever you trap a snowflake symbol on the reels, it will leave a sticky frozen frame behind and activate the Winter Wild feature. If it turns into a golden snowflake and leaves a golden frame behind, a wild is magically created on the next spin. At this point, it’ll transform all adjacent frozen positions into wilds before vanishing from the screen.

Progression Metre

Each time the snowflake lands, it will be collected in the progressive metre positioned above the reels. Collecting 50 up to 100 snowflakes will activate the Mirror feature. If you, however, accumulate 150+ snowflakes before the bonus round triggers, you’ll upgrade the initial 1x multiplier to the next level and reset the metre back to 0. Next time you reach the 150 snowflake milestone, your multiplier will increase once more, up to a max of 100x.

Mirror Feature

Activated with 50 or 100 snowflakes, the feature copies all frozen and golden frames from the left side reels (1 and 2) to the right side reels (3 and 4) and vice versa. Any frozen or golden frames on the right side will also be mirrored unless the position is frozen already. The golden frame will place a frozen frame instead of a golden frame.

Chest Feature

From time to time, you’ll see a mystery chest symbol appearing on reel 5 in the base game. When in view, it will either boost your progression metre with 3-6 snowflakes or place 2 to 4 frozen frames in random positions.

Bonus Game

Finally, landing 3 snowmen on the same spin awards the bonus game, during which you’ll be clicking on 9-18 gift boxes to reveal instant prizes ranging from 0.5x – 20x your stake. The clicking is a little underwhelming, but let’s not forget the multipliers! When the cash prizes add up, the total amount you won will be amplified by the multiplier you rounded up during the base game.
